Wes founded CTD in 2005 after managing IT environments for a variety of Bay Area nonprofits and realizing the unique challenges they face within the IT landscape. He continues to look for innovative solutions to the ever-evolving issues encountered by CTD’s nonprofit partners. Wes has a BA in World Religions and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and playing the guitar and piano.
VP of Technology
Trevor joined CTD as employee #1. His current role as VP of Technology at CTD has him overseeing critical systems and managing large-scale projects, with much of his recent efforts focused on networking, automation, and cybersecurity. In addition to his technical work, Trevor leads trainings for both clients and CTD staff, writes and maintains policies and documentation, and assists in planning and strategy for CTD’s clients. Trevor has a BA in Computer Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is an avid reader, dog owner, father, and capoeirista.
VP of Business & Operations
Jarett joined CTD in 2013 and manages CTD’s day to day business and operations. He oversees various functions within CTD (Help Desk team, operations, project management, human resources) to ensure that the business is running smoothly and efficiently. Jarett has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and over 20 years of professional IT experience managing projects and systems at 20th Century Fox, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Farmers Insurance. He loves spending time with his family and being outdoors surfing, hiking and cycling.
Dan joined CTD in 2019 and serves the role of Solutions Architect. He analyzes what technologies are available and how to develop them into a working solution that best meets the goals and requirements of organizational projects. Dan has 25 years of professional experience working with a wide variety of companies. He is an avid cyclist, enjoys audio books, and loves to play fetch with his dog outside of work.
